Courier

Guides

Connect a destination in a few minutes.

Google Sheets

  1. In Courier open Destinations › Add destination › Google Sheets.
  2. Sign in with Google and allow access. Courier creates a spreadsheet called “Courier” in your Drive.
  3. The last 7 finished days are written automatically; today is written after it ends.

Notion

  1. Create an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations and copy its secret.
  2. Open your database in Notion, choose ••• › Connections, and add the integration.
  3. In Courier choose Add destination › Notion, paste the secret and the database link, and tap Verify and save.
  4. Courier creates any missing properties (Date, Steps…) and writes one row per day.

Feishu / Lark

  1. On the Open Platform (open.feishu.cn or open.larksuite.com) create a self-built app and turn on the Bitable permissions.
  2. In your Bitable, add the app as a collaborator with edit access.
  3. Copy the Bitable link (it must contain table=) and, in Courier, paste it together with the App ID and App Secret.

Markdown notes (Obsidian) Pro

Choose your Obsidian vault folder. Courier writes one YYYY-MM-DD.md per day and puts the metrics in the note's properties. Your own properties and the note body are never changed.

Shortcuts Pro

  1. Open the Shortcuts app, create a shortcut and search for Courier.
  2. Add “Get health summary”. It returns JSON text for yesterday or the last 7 days.
  3. Send the result to Notes, Reminders, Notion or a web request.

Webhook Pro

Courier POSTs one JSON body per finished day to your https address, signed with X-PDB-Signature: sha256=HMAC-SHA256(secret, raw body), and a stable X-PDB-Delivery id for de-duplication. Missing keys mean “not collected”; null means “collected, no data”. Contact support for the full receiver guide.

Files for AI Pro

Turn it on under Destinations. Courier writes courier-data-dictionary.md and courier-summary.md next to your CSV so any AI can read your data correctly.
