Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Courier, published by DreamOTech. The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these terms add to it, they apply in addition.
1. What the app does
Courier reads data from Apple Health with your permission, computes daily summaries on your device and sends them to destinations you choose. It is a data-transfer tool.
2. Not medical advice
Courier is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Values come from Apple Health and the sources that write to it; we do not guarantee that they are complete or accurate. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions.
3. Your destinations and your responsibility
You decide where your data is sent. You are responsible for the accounts, spreadsheets, databases, receivers and files you connect, for their security, and for complying with their terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for what happens to data after it reaches a destination you chose.
4. Courier Pro
- Courier Pro is a one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase processed by Apple. It unlocks the Pro features described in the app and on this site.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Family Sharing is supported if enabled for your purchase.
- Features and limits of the free version and of Pro may evolve; we will not remove a feature you have already unlocked without a reasonable alternative.
5. Third-party services
Google Sheets, Notion, Feishu / Lark, iCloud Drive and other destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms. Their availability and APIs may change and may affect the app.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate the law or the rights of others, or to send other people's health data without their permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, DreamOTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
